Cornerstone Karridale Cabernet Sauvignon

Juniper Estate Cornerstone Karridale Cabernet Sauvignon is a single site wine, grown entirely on the winery's sustainably farmed vineyard at Karridale in southern Margaret River.

The wine is mostly Cabernet Sauvignon with a small percentage of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. The fruit is selectively picked and sorted for quality.

Fermentation is in hand plunged open fermenters, with the juice spending about two weeks on skins to extract colour, flavour and tannins. The wine then matures in new and seasoned French oak.

After 18 months, the best barrels are selected for the final blend.

Deep red, Juniper Estate Cornerstone Karridale Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied with dense blackberry flavours and supple tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
